  Deep Reef Water strives to provide the highest level of aquarium service by
utilizing what we consider to be the best products on the market for your
particular setup.


  Deep Reef Water is known for providing only the highest quality livestock
available.  We have earned this reputation by sourcing healthy, hand-selected livestock.
 All of our livestock is quarantined for a minimum of two weeks prior to delivery. 
We treat all livestock as pets and not disposable objects.


  Service Representatives will be honest, reliable and respectful of their client’s privacy.  Your service representative is not only very concerned about the  appearance of your aquarium, but also its health.  Services typically include:

Consultation:  $30.00 for onsite consultation that can be credited toward services rendered.

Aquascaping: (50g and Above)

· $250.00 (Rocks, acrylic rods, motor, or glue not included in price)


 Regular Maintenance: (120g and Above)  

· $450.00 Weekly Maintenance (4 service per Month)
· $280.00 Bi-Weekly Maintenance (2 service per Month)
· $160.00 Monthly Maintenance (1 service per Month)
· $60.00  Daily Maintenance (Customized Service plans)

 Regular
Maintenance: (55g to 120g)

· $250.00 Weekly Maintenance (4 service per Month)
· $140.00 Bi-Weekly Maintenance (2 service per Month)
· $120.00 Monthly Maintenance (1 service per Month)
· $50.00  Daily Service (Customized Visit plans)

 Nano Maintenance Special: $60.00

House call outside of maintenance plan: $80.00/hr. plus $20.00/hr. for each additional
service tech required. Materials not included.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free to Miami-Dade and Broward County with a minimum purchase of $75.00.

Purchases under $75.00 to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties is $15.00.

Outside of Miami-Dade and Broward County is $15.00 plus $.50/mile


EMERGENCY SERVICE

From 9am to 5pm Mon.- Fri. $100.00/hr.
From 5pm to 9am Mon.- Fri. $125.00/hr.
Weekends and Holidays  $150.00/hr.

(If the Emergency Service is Scheduled by a Deep Reef Water employee for Mon.- Fri From 5pm to 9am. The service will be reduced to $100.00/hr.)

Our maintenance program normally includes twice monthly service and delivery of foods and routine maintenance of equipment usually at no additional charge.

 ITEMIZED: Monthly service fee includes the service only. Food, fish, medication, equipment and dry goods are itemized on your monthly invoice and sold separately.

 ALL INCLUSIVE:
Your monthly invoice includes food, fish and corals but not replacement pumps,
light bulbs or dry goods. All inclusive programs are slightly higher per month than the itemized program and reflect a future investment in your aquarium.
